1. When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped out within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, on  business days only. Please allow USPS 24-48 business hours to update their system before tracking. If your order was placed Friday before 10am EST, you may not see an update on your tracking until after the weekend, when USPS updates on Monday night.


2. Will my order come with a tracking number?

Yes, all orders come with tracking, and the tracking number is emailed to the email address associated with your order.


3. I paid for faster shipping, why is my order not here yet?

When you pay for priority shipping, which is 2 to 3 business days, the day count does not start until your order is shipped. The estimate is not from the day which your order is placed. Orders either ship out same day, or are shipped the next day, depending on the time of day they are placed.


4. Do the lenses come in pairs?

Yes, all contacts are sold as a pair.


5. How long is shipping?

Regular shipping in the USA is 4-6 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping to Canada is approximately 10 business days. Shipping Internationally (all other countries) takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on Customs clearance times and other factors. If you are International and are unable to wait for up to 4 weeks, please keep this in mind. We cannot rush your order once it is shipped, and cancelling orders internationally can cause conflict with shipping, the customer, and our business. We thank you for your understanding.


6. Where can I track my order?

Tracking can be found at usps.com. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update. Please use the tracking number that will be emailed to the order's associated email. 


7. Why has my tracking not updated?

You may want to contact USPS about your tracking if it has not updated within 2 business days . We can only see what you see online, and USPS can help you better than we can when it comes to that. Once we leave your order with them, we can do very little on our side, but we are always happy to help resolve issues and answer questions on our customer support page.
