Open Items and Returns

Open items CANNOT be returned, exchanged, or replaced. Please inspect your items immediately upon receiving them. If you receive the wrong item, please IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US at with the order details and an image of the incorrect product. We will reply within 2 business days to help resolve the issue, and we apologize for any possible mistakes.

Returns MUST be sealed IN THE SAME CONDITION as you received the product. All return fees are the responsibility of the customer unless they received the wrong product. To expedite your refund, please provide the return order tracking number and a photo of the receipt from USPS so that we can ensure the product is on its way. When we receive this proof, we can provide you with your refund without having to wait for the product to fully ship.

All damaged items will be replaced WITH THE SAME COLOR or THE MOST SIMILAR COLOR if the original color is out of stock. The replacement color is left to be chosen AT OUR DISCRETION.

Address/Color Changes

If you place an order with the wrong address, please contact us IMMEDIATELY with your order details and the correct address. If you wish to change colors on the order, please contact us with your concerns and we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to work with you in order to correct any issues, but please note that our orders ship daily, meaning that last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

In the event that we cannot correct the issue in time, we CANNOT resend the product without it being repurchased. While we try our best to ensure customer satisfaction, it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information when purchasing products. 

Customer Satisfaction

We CANNOT replace an order due to the customer disliking the color results. There are many factors that will impact how the lens appears. Your natural eye color may bleed through lenses, or the lighting of the room may affect the brightness and lightness of the lens. If you are viewing the lens from a photo, your screen's warmness and brightness may impact how the color is portrayed. There are many other factors that contribute to how the lens will appear, and it is the customer's responsibility to take these into account when ordering.

Please be mindful about ordering the correct size lenses. We are not responsible if the contact lenses do not fit properly due to ordering the incorrect size. We carry the most common sizes which fit most eyes; however, this is not a one-size-fits-all type of product.

Product Inspection

Every lens comes in a transparent form of container. This includes containers like a plastic bubble or a glass vial. These containers provide a perfect view of the lenses to allow the customer to inspect them BEFORE OPENING. After looking over the lens in the SEALED package, if you suspect there is or may be damage to the lens, DO NOT OPEN the lens and contact us immediately.

Reports of damage for items that have been OPENED will NOT be accepted. If there is a problem with the lenses, we must be contacted within 2 weeks of delivery. Any reports occurring past this point cannot be guaranteed to be the result of manufacturer's or transit damages.

Naturaleyez cannot guarantee the color results of the lens on your eyes. Unfortunately, everyone has a different eye color and variations in results can arise from this. The provided photos will not always match how the contacts appear in your eyes, instead, they serve to showcase what they MAY look like, and to provide a real-life image of their use. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information in their order and to ensure their order is accurate and acceptable. Issues with addresses, colors, sizes, and any other customer-controlled or selected aspects are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will try our best to mitigate any potential issues, but cannot guarantee to resolve every issue. It is recommended to consult with your eye doctor prior to starting use.
